Fresh Dabob bay oysters, shucked to order and served on the half shell with fresh made citrus cocktail sauce and lemon  
 
 
  Halibut Oscar 
 
Fresh hand cut filet of Neah Bay Halibut char grilled and presented on a bed of garlic asiago mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus, butter sauteed Dungeness crabmeat, and citrus buerre blanc 

 

  Dungeness Crabmeat Chimichanga 
 
Fresh Dungeness crabmeat, sweet corn, red pepper and herbed cream cheese are folded in a flour tortilla, then crispy fried and presented with baja sauce and cilantro creme fraiche
